Woodco is a world leader in design and manufacture of a wide range of Biomass Boiler systems for homes, farms and other businesses. SSRH The Support Scheme for Renewable Heat allows Irish businesses to generate income from the government, by simply switching from oil or gas to biomass – essentially heating their businesses for free.
HURST Biomass Boiler Systems are equipped with high temperature cast refractory ceramic lining for longer life. This cast refractory/ceramic lining was designed to be completely modular, which makes for easy repair and replacement.
We are KARA Energy Systems. We believe in the strength & value of bio-energy. As a team, we have the ambition to use high-quality technology & development to make a contribution to the energy need of and optimal return for our customers. Custom-made. From the first idea to the first flame. From biomass combustion towards energy. From 250 kW to
Wood-fuelled heating systems, also called biomass systems, burn wood pellets, chips or logs to provide warmth in a single room or to power central heating and hot water boilers. A stove burns logs or pellets to heat a single room - and may be fitted with a back boiler to provide water heating as well. A boiler burns logs, pellets or chips, and is connected to a central heating and hot water
Planning permission for biomass boilers Biomass heating systems are deemed permitted developments unless the flue exceeds the height of the roof by one metre or more. In conservation areas and world heritage sites it is not permitted development if the flue is installed on a wall or roof slope which fronts a highway.
Jernforsen Biomass Boilers Jernforsen is one of Europe's leading companies within the field of bioheating technology. They have delivered more than 1,000 plants to satisfied customers across the world since the inception in 1984.
KMW Energy Inc. is a leading manufacturer of biomass combustion systems boilers and heaters with over 70 years experience. KMW's proprietary reciprocating grate combustion system is the industries most proven, reliable, cost effective solution to converting biomass and waste derived fuel into energy.
Biomass needs to be made dense to provide ease of mechanical handling and feeding, uniform combustion in boilers, reduced cost of transportation and ease of storage. The types of dense biomass to choose from are pellets, briquettes or loose biomass that has been dried before being fed into the boiler.
Types of Biomass Heating Systems There are different approaches to biomass boiler systems that we have dealt with in the program, which include four general categories: fully automated systems, "surge bin" or semi-automated systems, pellet fired systems and combined heat and power.
Modul-Pak® The Modul-Pak® boiler is a hybrid design that combines the benefits of a watertube furnace and a multipass firetube boiler. The results are a value engineered modular package boiler that offers unique advantages for solid fuel firing. 2-Drum Bottom Supported Boiler The McBurney 2-drum bottom-supported boiler is a 2-gas pass balanced draft, natural circulation
Biomass Systems Supply offers a full range of biomass boilers using technology from Denmark and Sweden. The biomass boilers range from 40,000 btu/hr (12kw) all the way up to 119,000,000 btu/hr (35MW).
Biomass Systems Introduction Burning biomass fuels provide gas and fuel oil boiler users a great opportunity to significantly reduce their energy cost and stack emissions. George K. Moss Co., Inc. is a leading supplier of solid fuel biomass boiler and combustion systems for the industrial market.
